TERMS AND CONDITION

Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the congress.
Registration fee is non-transferable to any other attendee or meeting in any circumstances.
Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment.
Conference registration is mandatory to registering for Pre-Conference Workshop and abstract submission.
Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions & trade exhibition, conference lunches & the conference kit.
Conference kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of registration. Conference kits for delegates registered onspot will be subject to availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.

Kindly attach the scan copy of MT100 / Bank advice if paying through bank transfer.
Accompanying person / spouse & children will not be allowed in the scientific sessions.
Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfer, unless package is opted.
Conference identification badges are mandatory for all conference events(Scientific Program, Lunch, Cultural Event & Exhibition on all days).
Certificates and Awards will not be sent by courier, It’s needs to be collected from the conference venue only or during the award ceremony.
